Rise Subscribers will have access to multiple Artist Calendars, but no Roster or access to create user-specific Workspace Calendar(s)/Timeline(s)
Scale and Enterprise Subscribers will have Artist Calendar(s), a Roster Calendar, and a Roster Timeline. They have access to create user-specific Workspace Calendar(s)/Timeline(s).
Rise, Scale, and Enterprise subscribers have the flexibility to restrict certain artist calendars to specific users by setting permission through Roles.
What is an Artist Calendar?
An Artist Calendar is a Workspace calendar that shows the events for one individual artist on your roster.
For Launch Subscribers, this is your one and only calendar to manage in Workspace and default landing page at login.
For Rise, Scale and Enterprise Subscribers, you may have one or many Artist Calendars.
For Rise Subscribers, to switch between Artist Calendars:
Click on your Organization's Name in the left navigation menu
Click on Artist Name
This will populate the calendar for that artist
For Scale Subscribers, to navigate to an Artist Calendar:
Click My Roster from the left navigation menu
Click on the Artist Name
This will populate the calendar for that artist
Artist Calendar Extended Views
Regardless of your subscription type, the Artist Calendar allows for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly Views. These options are available to toggle between directly above your Artist calendar. Additional filters are available for you to find events based on Location, Event Type, and/or Status.
To Filter your Artist Calendar:
Click Filter Icon from upper right corner of your Artist Calendar
Choose filtering criteria
Click back into the Artist Calendar to view with filtered criteria
The Artist Calendar hosts the Subscribe to Calendar, Generate PDF, Export Itinerary, and Master Tour CSV Import features. You can find them by clicking on the three little dots in the top right corner of your calendar.
NOTE: The Master Tour CSV Import feature is only available to Admins on Rise and Scale Subscription plans.
What is a Roster Calendar?
A Roster Calendar is the calendar that includes all events from all artists in your Workspace. It gives your team a high level view of what's going on for every artist in your Workspace.
A Roster Calendar is only available to Scale and Enterprise Subscribers.
For Scale subscribers, the Roster Calendar is the first calendar you see when you log in.
Roster Extended Calendar Views
The Roster Calendar allows for Weekly and Monthly views. Additional filters can be applied to quickly find events based on Location, Event Type and Status -- just like the Artist calendar.
What is a Roster Timeline?
Timeline allows Scale subscribers to view events in the future that may surpass the limits of the Roster Calendar views. Users can view events in Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly views for all artists on the roster.
A Timeline is only available to Scale and Enterprise Subscribers.
To access the Timeline:
Click on Timeline nested under the Events tab in the left navigation menu
How do I switch between the Roster and Artist Calendars?
To switch from the Roster Calendar to an Artist Calendar:
Click My Roster from the left navigation window
Click Artist Name
To switch from an Artist Calendar to Roster Calendar:
Click on your Organization Name from the left navigation menu
Click Calendar nested under Events
